Emem Isong and Husband Akama Gives Birth To a Set Of Twins (Photos)


The Nollywood movie producer took to her Instagram page moments ago to announce the arrival of her children.

“What can I say unto the Lord? All I have to say is thank you Lord,” the producer wrote before revealing the names of her children; Jewel and Divina.


Isong and her Cameroonian husband Misodi Akama, who got married in October 2014, revealed that were expecting in January. Isong has a teenage son from a previous relationship though. And now, the iconic filmmaker is a mother again and has shared the joy with her fans.

No Cooking With Fire This Sunday in Benin City Due to Funeral Rites ofthe Late Oba

As part of activities for the continuation of the 15 days funeral rites of late Benin Monarch, Oba Erediauwa, residents in Benin kingdom have been told not to cook with fire on Sunday 5th June. It is the day of Igberimwin in the royal funeral rites programme. A press statement signed by Secretary to the Benin Traditional Council, Mr. Frank Irabor said the cooking without fire was in accordance with Benin customs and tradition.
