P-Square Becomes Nigeria's Most Consistent Artistes || Read Below

The Okoye Twins may never have been rated among the first and second in the Nigerian music industry but Peter and Paul Okoye have made sure that in the last 11 or more years, they been among the first 3 hottest Nigerian acts.

After releasing their debut album Last Nite with hit songs like Senorita under Timbuk2 in 2003, P-Square has had to battle with heavy weights like 2face Idibia and D’banj and in all those years, the twins never disappointed.

They kept on releasing hit singles and massively accepted albums. P-Square became a household name not just in Nigeria, but in the entire Africa.

Most of the artistes who made waves at that time have either disappeared from the music scene or hung their boots and the few like 2face and D’banj who are still around could be seen to be struggling hard to stay afloat and maintain their high ratings but P-Square has learnt the tricks of evolution and as the music terrain changes, they change with it.

Their recent studio album to many wasn’t a huge success like their previous albums but they still have some of the biggest songs of the year like Testimony in the album. The twins in their many years in the industry have never been short of a hit song, something they do better than any other artiste in the industry.
