Demetrius Soupolos, a 29-year-old German
is suing his neighbour, Frank Maus, 34, for breach of contract after
Maus failed to impregnate Soupolos’s wife.
The 29-year-old had hired Maus to impregnate his former beauty queen wife, Traute as he was sterile and she wanted a baby badly.
He thought his neighbour would be a good choice as they both look alike and Maus been a father of two children.
According to Standard Digital, Soupolos paid Maus $2.500 for the job. For three evenings a week for the next six months, Maus tried desperately in a total of 72 different times to get Traute pregnant.
When Traute failed to get pregnant after six months, Soupolos insisted Maus go for a medical test which revealed he was also sterile.
The test revealing that Maus was sterile shocked everyone except his wife, who was then forced to confess that Maus was not the real father of her two kids.
Maus in his defence has refused to give up the money stating that he did not guarantee conception, but only that he would give a try.
